Do I need to give up alcohol during the program?
Yes — as part of the Magnolia Method, I ask all clients to commit to a temporary alcohol-free period during the 90 day program. This pause is essential because alcohol directly affects the very systems we’re working to rebalance: hormones, sleep cycles, blood sugar regulation, and the nervous system.
Removing alcohol, even briefly, gives your body the stability it needs to restore energy, reduce inflammation, improve mood, and recalibrate stress responses. You’ll be supported every step of the way with compassionate guidance, science-backed strategies, and tools to help you feel steady and empowered.
After the program, you’ll choose what your long-term relationship with alcohol will be with far more clarity and confidence.
What is the time commitment?
Each offering is designed to support your real life, not overwhelm it:
• 1:1 Coaching: Weekly 50–60 minute private sessions
• Group Coaching: Weekly 60-minute community calls
• VIP Day: A single, spacious 4–6 hour intensive
• Self-Study: Approximately 1–2 hours per week at your own pace
The rhythm is intentionally gentle, flexible, and supportive.

Is this program only for women experiencing menopause?
Not at all. While many clients join during perimenopause or menopause, the Magnolia Method is grounded in universal principles of wellbeing. It’s for any woman craving clarity, balance, energy, or a full life reset — whether you're navigating midlife transitions or simply ready for deeper alignment.
Are single sessions available?
My work is designed to unfold with rhythm, spaciousness, and continuity — the elements required for true transformation. Because of that, I don’t offer single sessions as the starting point.
However, after you’ve stepped into the Magnolia Method or completed a full program, custom single sessions are available to deepen your progress, refine your habits, or support you through life’s natural ebbs and flows whenever you need it.
Are sessions live or recorded?
Private and group coaching sessions are held live via Zoom or in person (Houston).
The Self-Study course includes thoughtfully organized on-demand videos, lessons, and downloadable resources, so you can move at the pace that feels right for you.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. Every offering includes a thoughtfully structured payment plan so you can begin your journey without adding financial stress. Your wellbeing shouldn't wait.
Do you offer refunds?
Because coaching is a shared commitment and the work unfolds through your active participation, refunds aren’t offered. What I can promise is a deeply supportive, safe, and intentional experience every step of the way.
